Permanent vacancies at Western Cape College are filled under the Teacher Transfer Guidelines, and/or the Remote Area Relieving Placements or RARP (Senior Teachers).  A RARP is offered for two years, and at the completion of that period, placement participants are guaranteed return to their former location and position.
