BUSINESS & FINANCE The Western Cape College Business & Finance team plays an integral role in the operations of the College. Specifically, this team is accountable for: - - Developing, Implementing and Managing the College Finance - SAROP, School Annual Report - Financial, Budget and SMS Finance
- Acquittal of Commonwealth Government Grants and Self Funded Projects
- Management of College Assets and Annual Depreciation control
- Management of College Capital and Minor Works, Planned and Unplanned Maintenance
- Management of School SMS System - School, Staff, Students & Financial
- Management of Human Resources - Business & Finance Team
- Western Cape College Payroll
- Contribution to College public relations and promotion
- Management of student numbers and generation of staff numbers
- Development, writing and editing of all funding submissions
