The Western Cape College is a unique State School which comprises two campuses each set in its own amazing cultural, social and geographical environment, spread over a vast area of the Cape York Peninsula in Far North Queensland.

WCC Celebrates 2011 OP Success
75% of students (12 students) received an Overall Position (OP) score between 1 & 15, and 8 students (50%) received an OP under 10. This is an improvement from 2010 where only 38% of students received an OP between 1 & 15. Similarly, students graduating with a Qld Certificate of Education (QCE) in 2011 was 70%, up from 15% in 2010. Congratulations to all students.
Residential Campus Opening
From Monday 23rd January, the Western Cape College Residential Campus will become a home away from home for secondary school students from remote and isolated communities in Far North Queensland, who will study at Western Cape College.
